As a Staff Product Manager on the OPD Product team, you will lead a wide range of stakeholders that is focused on how we fulfill our Members & Customers orders at their local store.
You will be responsible for accelerating the pace of innovation for our Associates, Members, Customers, Driver Support, & Customer Agents by fostering a culture of platform thinking and building modular capabilities that scale across the omni-channel ecosystem.
As the biggest player in the game, we trust our associates to innovate the future of store fulfilled orders.

You'll make an impact by:
Building best in class Member, Customer, and Associate experiences.
Defining vision and strategies for your product, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, unlocking key new capabilities to deliver value to our Members, Customers and Associates.
Leveraging data to identify problems and risks to delivery completion, and defining the right solutions, whether through automation or effective associate solutions.
Evangelize a platform-thinking culture to deliver on key cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams within the organization.
Manage cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment across partner teams including Technology, Business, Design and Product partners.
Managing, executing, and championing on a product roadmap by analyzing customer and product data for actionable insights, determining rollout strategy, and managing risks and new opportunities.
Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to OKRs, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from senior leadership.
You'll sweep us off our feet if You have past Retail Product experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $112,000.
00-$192,000.
00Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years' experience in product management.

9 years' experience in product management or related area.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
